Hope all of You are doing well? Second hand September? Yes to that, but let me take it a step further and make it into Second Hand Fashion Year or as I call it Slow Fashion Year Project.
This is a quick update on what I bought in July & August. For the mission statement and my best thrifting tips, please see the first post of this kind, linked at the end of the post. I have been thrifting since I was 13, so technically a few decades of experience under my belt 🙂

Louis Vuitton Scarf story:
The scarf You see in this photo collage might be original LV? I don’t know to be sure, but I guess so because of fabric composition – it is 35% wool and 65% cashmere. I think fakes would be made of synthetic fibers? I do not see any counterfeit companies going to the lengths of making cashmere goods? Please correct me if I am wrong? Oh, and before You asked it, two euro price tag came to be by some stroke of luck, surely. It did not have any price tag, so I took it to the tills prepared to pay whatever they will ask and lovely ladies behind the till did not recognize the brand. Off I went home happy as Larry!
I am also happy that I went very minimal with my purchases over this summer. That is truly all what I got, although I think my spendings will be higher in September – I need basics and a few winter bits and bobs.
