Let’s talk about the value of the boxes first. I have to say they do a very good job at including a good variety of products, apart of a few tiny missteps of too many scrubs or face oils in a row, other products were a delight to discover. I have to say I am looking forward to each new month in anticipation of what’s to come – Christmas or Birthday present for yourself each month, anyone? They ship worldwide, and the price is 14.95£ monthly recurring for UK customers, and for us international gals there are two options of three months (52.50£) or a year (200£) including post and packaging. There is also an option to try one box, both for UK and international customers. Green beauty boxes are a great way to discover new items you might have missed otherwise, and I love that anything coming from Love Lula is cruelty free and guaranteed not to have any toxic ingredients – they have very strict criteria for any product they accept, and that is taking the guesswork off your shoulders.

Bloomtown Natural Deodorant Bar – Lemongrass & Peppermint
I was in two minds about getting this. I love the brand overall (review below) – many and many of their products ended up on my Holy Grails list, I absolutely adore their famous Hedgerow scented anything, but.. But I personally dislike anything with lavender or peppermint in it 🙂 Hence my apprehension for it, especially peppermint one – in my mind it was supposed to tingle uncomfortably? I am glad to report none of that! I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and I am happy to report that I like it a lot. Solid bar format is easy to apply, I do not smell at all – even in this heatwave we are currently having! This does not stop me from sweating though, none of the natural deodorants are anti-perspirants.

Skin Alchemists Equilibrium Soap Bar
Inspired by the enigmatic scent of our Equilibrium aromatherapy pulse point oil, this seasonal soap bar will nourish your skin and balance your senses. The scent is grounding and calming. Top notes of Lavender and Vetiver, blends into middle notes of lime and base notes of incense wood.
I was looking into these soaps, as they seem to have great ingredients in them, so I was really happy to receive it in the box! The user experience is great, these do not dry out my skin, even with the hard water. I will be back for more!

I am always interested in probiotic skincare / bodycare/ haircare but unfortunately I won’t be able to give You my opinion on this further than first impressions. All I can say about it is that it is nice and creamy in texture and sinks in fast, leaving no residue. It also seems not to have that signature Gallinee products scent (if you have tried Gallinee, You know what I am talking about, I personally find it too strong), so it should be suitable for sensitive skin gals like moi. I will be honest and tell You guys that I decided to gift this to my co-worker who covered me for holidays, simple reason being that I already have what I like when it comes to the eye cream, plus I have three open eye creams at the moment. I am working on using them up and reducing my stash. If any of You will be interested in my co-workers feedback on the eye cream, let me know and I will try my best to keep You posted.
